B) Data collected by cookies that ensure the website functions properly and contribute to the security of your visit, as well as cookies used for statistical purposes. The choice of storage locations rests solely with our service providers.

Security of transmitted personal data
The entire website runs in secure HTTPS mode. This security protocol encrypts the content of exchanges between the browser and the hosting servers, preventing personal data entered and submitted via forms from being easily read by third parties while in transit. However, as any data transmission may involve a risk, we must decline all liability in the event of interception.
Please note that it is recommended to keep cookies enabled for online booking and/or purchase transactions on our website.

Right of access, rectification or erasure of personal data

Such requests must be made by post only, with proof of identity, so that we can be sure the request concerns the right person and that the information we provide / amend / delete does indeed belong to you. If you are making a request on behalf of a third party, please also provide a power of attorney granting you these rights and proof of their identity.
